You’ll be guided through cycles of stillness and activation, grounding and expansion, until you find yourself in a space where rest becomes fuel and presence becomes possibility.
As the closing session of the Summit, this meditation gathers the wisdom of the day and anchors it within you-  leaving you rested, inspired, and ready to carry your insights forward into life beyond this room
