Shani A. Phillip is a Diverse Talent Sourcer with First Republic Bank supporting Technology & Analytics. She partners with Hiring Managers, Senior Leaders and External Diversity Partners to source, recruit andhire top technology talent in NYC and San Francisco, CA.

Prior to joining First Republic she worked with Intercontinental Exchange as a Talent Acquisition

Specialist supporting Technology, Phillip partnered with HR, Hiring Managers and Senior Leaders tosource, recruit and hire top technology talent in Atlanta, GA and NYC. Additionally, she brings Diversity experience from Council of Urban Professionals (CUP), Deutsche Bank and The McGraw-Hill Companies where she also managed program strategy, content delivery, corporate partnershipsand events, supported employee resource groups, facilitated corporate diversity training and diversetalent initiatives.

Her 15-year career in Human Resources began with Securitas Security Services. As Human ResourceSpecialist, she was responsible for full cycle recruiting, employee relations, benefits, on-boarding,training and development, records management and supporting policy and procedure for 2 branch managers with 500 employees collectively. That positioned Phillip to continue her HR career with Adecco Staffing, BlackRock Financial and Pontoon Solutions.

Shani holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from Claflin University, Orangeburg, SC. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Professionals (SHRM), the National Association of African Americans inHuman Resources (NAAAHR) and Blacks In Technology (BIT).

Shani resides with her family in Maplewood, New Jersey.
